Registration

Registration for the conference opens on March 24th, following the acceptance of abstracts and the release of the preliminary program. Once decisions are made, participants, including presenters and general attendees, will be able to register via the conference website.

Here is an overview of important dates:

• Submission Deadline: March 14th, 12:00 AM CET
• Notification of Decisions: March 24th
• Conference Registration Opens: March 24th

The conference fee of 200 EUR is payable upon registration and includes lunch breaks, coffee breaks, and refreshments. Additionally, the fee covers an icebreaker event on Day 1, as well as dinners on Day 2 and Day 3.
