Registration

Registration for the conference opens on March 24th, following the acceptance of abstracts and the release of the preliminary program. The registration process is divided into two phases:

• Phase 1 (March 24th - Presenters Only): Registration will initially be open exclusively to presenters. Links to the registration page will be sent out via the acceptance email.
• Phase 2 (Date TBA - General Attendees): After the initial registration period for presenters, registration will be opened to general attendees. The exact date for this second phase will be announced in due course.

Here is an overview of important dates:

• Submission Deadline: March 14th, 12:00 AM CET
• Notification of Decisions: March 24th
• Conference Registration Opens: March 24th (Phase 1 – Presenters Only)

The conference fee of 200 EUR is payable upon registration and includes lunch breaks, coffee breaks, and refreshments. Additionally, the fee covers an icebreaker event on Day 1, as well as dinners on Day 2 and Day 3.
